Date/Time: Wednesday 01/20 from 1:00pm to 1:50pm

Topic/Skill: speaking: speaking+pronunciation+listening skills. Family members practice.

Teacher Presentation: Q & A between student and teacher. Practiced answering questions from the textbook. Teacher would speak slowly and clearly to help students better understand. 

Classroom Management: Lots of interactive, teacher corrected students by having them repeat their sentences. 

Materials: CIES textbook, dictionary.

Student Participation: One by one, students would state their information that was asked from them. One group acticity where students complete sentences from the family members practice. 

Feedback Provided: teacher would repeat sentences to show them the proper pronunciation. The teacher would also use hand gestures to help students visualize what she is saying (helps better understand while teacher wears mask)

Lessons learned:  I have learned how to conduct a speaking/pronunciation interactive activity during my observation. I learned that you need to be very patient and repetitive in order to have students solidify proper pronunciation.
